HPC's Pistolpick™ is designed to easily rake open pin and disc tumbler locks. Rapid squeezing of the trigger bounces the pick needle, raising the pins or discs to the shear line. All you add is proper tension, and the lock is open.
All parts, including the main housing, are made from nickel-plated cold rolled steel for protection against rust and to provide an attractive, high quality pistol finish. The Pistolpick™ comes with 3 pick blades and 2 tension wrenches. An optional leather holster case is available.

PDQ 3101 Commercial Door Closer Accessory: Door Saver Hold Open Arm

Hold Open Arms for PDQ Door Closers fix the door in an open position. They are helpful when the entryway needs to accommodate high traffic over time or when pedestrians are carrying objects and need an unobstructed path. Applications might include store front doors, glass front entrances, interior shopping mall doors and other similar applications. The Door Saver Hold Open Arm saves the door from opening too far. An important note: hold open arms can only be used on non-fire rated doors. Thumb-turn or twist-turn hold open arms are used in parallel arm, top jamb or regular mount applications. You have to know the maximum degree of door swing and the desired hold-open angle—is it 120 degrees? 90 degrees? The hold open angle will impact the templating when the door closer is installed, so a hold-open angle needs to be determined before installation occurs in the field.

Applications might include store front doors, glass front entrances, interior shopping mall doors and other similar applications. An important note: hold open arms can only be used on non-fire rated doors. Friction hold open arms are available in all three mounts—regular, top jamb and parallel arm. Friction hold open arms allow the door to be automatically placed in the hold open position until the user puts force on the door to disengage the friction hold and cause the door to close. A friction hold open arm can be used with the standard template of the door closer; it’s a simple replacement.

The PDQ KV is Standard Duty Commercial Grade Deadbolt. The PDQ KV Series deadbolt provides tough, effective protection as a security door lock, while still being an affordable deadbolt. This commercial grade deadbolt is easy to install and fits all standard door preparations, and can be installed on wood doors and on hollow metal doors because they have adjustable backset for easy installation.
The PDQ KV125 IND is a Single Sided with Indicator deadbolt providing the following functionality:
- No key outside
- Indicator outside
- ADA compliant thumbturn inside extends/retracts deadbolt
- Emergency key outside retracts deadbolt
