Washroom accessory products require regular surface cleaning. As long as a regular cleaning schedule is followed, clean with a soft clean rag moistened with a mild detergent, followed by a water-moistened clean rag and then a dry rag.

For general utility, mount bar 50″ (1270 mm) Above Finished Floor (AFF) from center line of towel bar.

Locate wall brackets in appropriate positions and secure wall plates with two (2) self-threading screws (by others) through two slot holes in wall plates.

Install brackets over wall plates and fasten in place with stainless steel set screws through tapped holes in brackets.

Spindle revolves 1/2 revolution for each operation and then returns to its original position.

Paper towel roll core prevents access to the release pin and cannot be removed from the spindle until exhausted.

Unit is replenished by releasing a concealed pin which in turn releases a spring lock mechanism on the spindle.

Unit is surface mounted on wall using No. 10 self-tapping screws supplied.

For ADA accessibility, install unit so that roll centerline is 54″ (1372 mm) maximum Above Finished Floor (AFF) where clear floor side reach access is provided.

Where clear floor forward reach access is provided, roll centerline should be 48″ (1219 mm) maximum AFF.

Where side reach over an obstruction such as a vanity is provided, roll centerline should be 46″ (1168 mm) maximum AFF.

Soap is manually dispensed by depressing the push button. Unit is refilled through the hinged door at the top requiring the special key supplied to open.

Soap tank will continue to feed properly until empty. Tank supply is replenished manually according to maintenance needs.

Under normal usage, stainless steel products require regular cleaning with a soft clean rag moistened with a mild detergent, followed by a water-moistened clean rag and then a dry rag.

Soap dispenser valves in low-traffic areas should be wiped regularly to remove air-hardened soap residue from the nozzle spout.

If the dispenser fails to operate because of dried soap or debris, the dispenser may be removed from the wall plate and flushed with hot water as described in the ASI installation and maintenance instructions.

Unit is surface mounted to wall or partition by means of a wall mounting plate and screws. Unit is secured to the mounting plate and locked in place by means of a locking screw installed through the tamper-resistant refill door.

Recommended mounting height for general utility is 42″ (1067 mm) Above Finished Floor (AFF) or 6″ (152 mm) minimum above the wash basin to bottom of unit.

Allow 4″ (102 mm) minimum clearance above the unit for filling.

Mount wall plate vertically with the wide part of the “V” at the top. Use suitable mounting hardware for the wall construction.

Unlock the filler door using the special service key furnished, position the dispenser on the wall plate, press the tank down firmly, and tighten the internal locking screw securely.
