PDQ’s MRS brings wireless, app-managed access control to a heavy-duty mortise chassis. Support for smartphone mobile keys, RFID cards/fobs, and optional keypad PINs means fewer keys to manage. Installs into a standard mortise prep—no panel wiring required—then configure users, schedules, and audit history in the Spirit app.

PDQ SD series grade 2 lever set for commercial doors features unique through bolt installation for added security and durability and is UL listed A label for single swing doors.
The SD176 is a Privacy function lock which features push-button locking. The lock can be opened from the outside with an emergency release. The inside push button can be released by turning the inside lever.
