Spring-loaded spindles revolve freely and hold rolls until cores are removed.

Surface mount unit on wall using #10 self-threading screws (by others) through holes provided in mounting plates into suitable prepared mountings (by others) or other suitable mounting hardware (by others) to suit wall conditions.

Hang post and flange assemblies on mounting plates and tighten setscrews to lock units to plates.

For compliance with ICC/ANSI A-117.1-2003 and 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards install unit so that center line of dispenser is 7″ [178] min to 9″ [229] Max in front of toilet and dispenser center is 15″ [381] Min AFF to 48″ [1219] Max AFF.

Recommended mounting height for general utility is 30″ [762] AFF to centerline of roll and 14″ [356] from front of commode to centerline of dispenser.

Two (2) 9″ [Ø229] outside diameter jumbo rolls of toilet tissue are mounted over 3″ [Ø76] inside diameter (ID) core adapters. Two (2) 2-1/4″ [Ø57] ID core rolls may be used by removing the core adapters.

Whenever one roll of toilet tissue is depleted, the other roll is selected by shifting over the lever at the bottom of the unit.

Viewing slot continuously reveals tissue level. Key and locked door prevents unauthorized access or removal. Tissue supply is replenished on a cycle determined by maintenance needs.

Surface mount unit for general utility within 12″ [305] of front of toilet from centerline and 31″ [787] above finished floor (AFF) from bottom of unit with five (5) No. 12 x 3/4″ [Ø5.5 x 20] pan head self threading screws (by others), or other types as more suitable to site conditions (by others), including wall type appropriate anchors (by others) as may be required through mounting holes provided.

For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install unit so that centerline of nearest roll is between 7″ to 9″ [178 to 229] from front of commode and centerline of rolls is 19″ [483] minimum AFF to 44″ [1118] max AFF.

Unit is surface mounted on wall or partition using two (2) #10 x 1-1/2″ [Ø5 x 40] self-threading screws (by others).

Mounting holes are hidden behind dispenser box for vandal resistant locking but clearly accessible through dispenser slot for installation hanging.

For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, unit should be installed so that dispenser slot is 54″ [1372] maximum above finished floor (AFF) if clear floor side reach access is provided or 48″ [1219] maximum AFF if clear floor forward reach access only is provided or 46″ [1168] maximum AFF if side reach over an obstruction only is provided (ie: vanity).

ASI grab bars are designed to meet and exceed 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ANSI A117.1. The fabricated product is designed to support a load in excess of 250 pounds (113.4 kg). Proper wall mounting, anchoring and an adequately sized fastener system are required to meet the specified loading requirements.

• Satin Finish - Peened for better gripping

Use the grab bar as a template to locate and pre-drill the mounting holes. Install each flange with two appropriate #10 self-threading flat or oval head screws or another fastener system suitable for the wall conditions.

Appropriate anchoring and backing must be provided in accordance with applicable building requirements or the architect's plans before the wall is finished.

For 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, the top of the grab bar should be installed between 33″ [840] minimum and 36″ [915] maximum Above Finished Floor (AFF).

ASI anchors are available separately and should be specified according to the grab bar and mounting conditions.
