PDQ’s KMS is a wireless, app-managed deadbolt for multifamily and light commercial doors. It drops into a standard deadbolt prep with an adjustable tubular latch, supports mobile credentials (BLE), RFID cards/fobs, and (on keypad variants) PIN entry—managed via the PDQ Spirit app with optional cloud connectivity.

PDQ SD series grade 2 lever set for commercial doors features unique through bolt installation for added security and durability and is UL listed A label for single swing doors.
The SD176 is a Privacy function lock which features push-button locking. The lock can be opened from the outside with an emergency release. The inside push button can be released by turning the inside lever.
