The dormakaba Simplex LP1010 is a heavy-duty mechanical pushbutton lever lock—no batteries or wiring. Single code entry (thousands of combinations), key override, free egress, and optional passage mode. Cylindrical latch with 2-3/4″ or 2-3/8″ backset; field-reversible handing.

The dormakaba Simplex 3000 is a mechanical pushbutton lock for narrow stile aluminum/glass doors (storefront). Single-code keypad (no batteries), key override, passage & lockout modes. Works with Adams Rite-style mortise deadlatches (purchased separately). Order the exterior trim plus the handed drive assembly to match handing and backset.
Lead time: 26D Satin Chrome and 55 Duranodic are commonly stocked; verify drive-assembly backset/hand before ordering.
