Modern styling and easy-to-clean surface is fabricated of 100% high-density polyethylene. Intended use for infants up to 3.5 years old and up to 50 lbs (23kg). Surface mounted. Only 4″ (102 mm) deep when closed.
Unit platform is shaped to cradle a child’s body. Unit is easily opened and closed by user with one hand anywhere on top or front edge of bed or using bag hooks/hand grips on sides. Unit is operable with less than 5lbs force (22.2N) while not requiring any tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist. Bed liner/towel dispenser presents liners or towels for user hygiene and convenience. Dispenser lip retains stack for single liner/towel dispensing. Safety strap is easily adjustable by user for baby size and Sure-Lock latch securely resists opening until released by opposing finger pressure by adult caretaker. Liners/ towels are easily replenished by service personnel as required.
Large Weight Capacity
Our baby changing stations have been tested using ASTM F2285-04 and EN 12221-1 protocol for a static load and in addition have been tested to hold a weight up to 250 lbs [113kg]. Some Baby Changing Stations have been tested for holding a weight >250lbs.

Operation & Maintenance

Ensure that the liner compartment is adequately stocked. Thoroughly clean the unit daily with warm water and mild anti-bacterial detergent, rinse with clean water and dry. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents.
Periodically inspect the unit to ensure that it remains securely attached to the wall and that the unit and wall mounting have not been affected by vandalism or abnormal wear.
Installation
Surface mount unit using hardware supplied through recessed mounting holes provided. Hardware kit supplied has fasteners suitable for metal or wood stud walls in dry locations and general hollow wall construction where adequate substrate strength is obtained.
Fasteners and anchors for masonry walls are not provided. Wall reinforcement must be suitable to sustain transfer of maximum unit loading.
Locate wall studs at 16″ (406 mm) O.C. for fastening the station. If two wall studs cannot be used, use two screws into one stud and install suitable toggle fasteners securely at the non-stud location.
Attach unit to wall studs with four 1/4″ x 3″ long Philips pan head self-threading screws with flat washers. Where wall studs are not available, attach with four 1/4″-20 x 3″ toggle bolts with flat washers into toggles or expansion nuts.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician, and the wall and attachment method must be strong enough to support the rated load.

Operation & Maintenance
Towels are self-feeding as withdrawn by hand until supply is depleted.
Unit may be reloaded with a partial load in-place and will continue to feed properly.
Low level of towel supply is indicated from 25% capacity to empty.
Locking door prevents unauthorized access or removal.
Clean accessible matte black powder coated surfaces with a mild liquid soap and wipe dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners or materials that may damage the finish.
Installation
Surface mount unit on wall or partition using five #10 self-threading screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.
Four mounting holes through the back are keyhole slots for ease in hanging the unit on pre-installed screws.
Center top mounting hole is a horizontal slot for ease of adjustment and vandal-resistant locking.
For compliance with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards, install unit so that the centerline of the towel dispenser slot is 48″ (1219 mm) maximum Above Finished Floor (AFF).

Washroom accessory products require regular surface cleaning. As long as a regular cleaning schedule is followed, clean with a soft clean rag moistened with a mild detergent, followed by a water-moistened clean rag and then a dry rag.
Installation
For general utility, mount bar 50″ (1270 mm) Above Finished Floor (AFF) from center line of towel bar.
Locate wall brackets in appropriate positions and secure wall plates with two (2) self-threading screws (by others) through two slot holes in wall plates.
Install brackets over wall plates and fasten in place with stainless steel set screws through tapped holes in brackets.

Operation & Maintenance
Spindle revolves 1/2 revolution for each operation and then returns to its original position.
Paper towel roll core prevents access to the release pin and cannot be removed from the spindle until exhausted.
Unit is replenished by releasing a concealed pin which in turn releases a spring lock mechanism on the spindle.
Installation
Unit is surface mounted on wall using No. 10 self-tapping screws supplied.
For ADA accessibility, install unit so that roll centerline is 54″ (1372 mm) maximum Above Finished Floor (AFF) where clear floor side reach access is provided.
Where clear floor forward reach access is provided, roll centerline should be 48″ (1219 mm) maximum AFF.
Where side reach over an obstruction such as a vanity is provided, roll centerline should be 46″ (1168 mm) maximum AFF.
