LCN 4630 / 4640 Auto Equalizer™ Series Operators
These electrically-powered and low-energy power operators are designed for primarily manual applications that sometimes require an automatic opening.
The 4630 and 4640 Series operators are designed primarily for manually opening applications that sometimes require an automatic opening. They are backed by a 2-year limited warranty, are UL and cUL listed, meet ANSI/BHMA 156.19, meet the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and ANSI A117.1 requirements for accessibility. The 4630 and 4640 Series are best for multi-door applications and provide easy access for the elderly and people with disabilities. The digital control box provides fast and accurate adjustments and the “No Destruct” drive system resists damage.

PDQ 3101 Commercial Door Closer with Hold Open Arm

The PDQ 3100 Series is a traditional style door control for use on commercial door applications.
Hold Open Arms for PDQ Door Closers fix the door in an open position. They are helpful when the entryway needs to accommodate high traffic over time or when pedestrians are carrying objects and need an unobstructed path. Applications might include store front doors, glass front entrances, interior shopping mall doors and other similar applications. An important note: hold open arms can only be used on non-fire rated doors. Friction hold open arms are available in all three mounts—regular, top jamb and parallel arm. Friction hold open arms allow the door to be automatically placed in the hold open position until the user puts force on the door to disengage the friction hold and cause the door to close. A friction hold open arm can be used with the standard template of the door closer; it’s a simple replacement.
