HPC’s Blitz™ is the unequivocal “Standard of the Industry” and has been since its inception in 1978 when is was originally introduced as the 1200CM. It revolutionized cutting keys with its innovative code card system. By now tens of thousands of these machines have been sold around the world!

The Blitz™ machine can cut virtually all standard pin and disc tumbler keys, as well as many specialty keys. The Blitz™ machine is simple to use and very versatile. In less than 30 seconds you can change from cutting a Ford 8-cut key to cutting a Medeco® Biaxial key. With optional adapters, this versatile machine will also cut 6-space and 8-space Tibbe keys found on some Ford and Jaguar vehicles, as well as 7-pin tubular keys.

The Blitz™ is considered a “must-have” for any locksmith creating master key systems or doing code work.

HPC CodeMax® Key Cutting Machine

Experience powerful computerized code cutting with CodeMax™

​​Put the power of a computer in your code cutting with the CodeMax® Machine. Based on the industry standard Blitz™ Machine, the CodeMax®, introduced more than 25 years ago, is the original computerized code machine. The CodeMax® has an internal computer chip that contains Depth & Space Data (DSD) for more than 950 different lock types, plus a micrometer function in both inch and metric formats. This allows it to cut virtually all standard vehicle, commercial, residential and furniture keys throughout the world. All models of the CodeMax® are equipped with a shoulder gauge safety switch. This feature ensures the shoulder gauge is out of the way before you start cutting a key.

On the Automatic Angler model (No. 1200MAXAA), the cutter pivots automatically to cut high security angle keys, such as Medeco®. Simply enter the depth and direction of the angle and the CodeMax® AA does the rest.

The total power of the CodeMax® is realized when you connect it to your PC. All machines come with a 25-foot (7.5m) 9-pin serial cable for easy connection to your computer. With HPC Software, the CodeMax® Machine becomes an integral part of your computer system.

HPC Power Speedex® Key Duplicator Machine

​​The Power Speedex® is a semi-automatic duplicator, it is equipped with a spring-loaded carriage and safety release. This design holds the carriage against the cutter and tracer when cutting keys. The Power Speedex® has a molded plastic cover that encloses the heavy-duty motor. The 4-way jaws hold a large variety of different key blanks, including double-sided automotive keys. The expansive carriage range accommodates large-bow keys. The reversible tracer allows you to cut flat steel keys with the optional slotting cutter kit (No. CW-16KIT). The machine comes with the HPC Softie™ de-burring brush. The simplicity of operating the Power Speedex® makes easy work out of duplicating even a large number of keys. The durable construction and bronze bearings combine for a long lasting, accurate machine.
